Admissions Open for 2026–2028 Academic Session

     Chandrakanta Hazarika College invites applications for admission to the 2026–2028 session. Admission forms are available from 16 to 22 July 2026, and the merit list will be published on 27 July 2026. Direct spot admission will be conducted from 17 to 22 July, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. Candidates must secure at least 55% in the composite score. Fifty per cent of the seats will be filled through spot admission.

Extension of B.Ed. Admission Schedule for 2026–2028 Session :

In continuation of the admission notice dated 16 July 2026, the last date for the issue of admission forms and direct spot admission has been extended up to 28 July 2026 due to the prevailing flood situation in Charaideo, Sivasagar, Jorhat and Golaghat districts.

The merit list will be published on or before 1 August 2026. All other admission conditions will remain unchanged.
